Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your StudyFlow Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will lose access to premium features.
To cancel your subscription, please go to your Profile/Settings page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you have any trouble, please contact us at studyflows.site@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
Once a payment is made, it is final. We encourage you to use our free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a premium subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare, exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances could include technical errors from our side that prevent you from using the service or billing errors. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under such circumstances, please contact our support team at studyflows.site@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of your situation within 7 days of the transaction.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
